Our Work

The Wallace H. Coulter Foundation wanted to help improve visibility for the work of their Translational Research Award grantees. INDiVO coordinated and managed the first trade show effort of the Foundation at AdvaMed’s MedTech2010 conference in Washington, D.C. The integrated program consisted of a trade show booth, graphics, aggregated slide presentation, collateral, and promotions to help drive attendees to the exhibit and personal meetings with representatives of the respective universities’ Technology Transfer offices. Working with the Foundation and 10 prestigious U.S. universities, INDiVO coordinated and managed the Foundation’s event presence. Included in the work was the design, supervision, and creation of a 20′ x 40′ trade exhibit. Balancing visual impact with providing individualized space for each university to represent their technologies, INDiVO devised custom graphics throughout. To help improve visibility in the hall, a large, circular hanging sign was created and suspended above the exhibit space. To help showcase the universities’ technologies, as well as deliver cohesive and comprehensive presentations, INDiVO created a slide template in harmony with the exhibit graphics. INDiVO also worked with the meeting organizers to coordinate all the pre-meeting promotional communications to help drive traffic to the exhibit and technology presentations. INDiVO created a 180-page, four-color book highlighting the twenty technologies presented, as well as other information about the universities’ technology transfer programs as a reminder of what the audience saw and heard. The exhibit was well attended, and the universities garnered a significant number of leads during the two-day meeting.
