After INDiVO redesigned and updated the brand website integrating social feeds and a new store finder, the Rip It brand team wanted a way to quickly inform their customers and consumers in key markets about new flavors as they were launched. INDiVO sourced a list of consumers in key markets to augment the list of registrants captured via the website. Then, as the Client released new flavors, INDiVO created an eBlast and sent it to the combined list, as well as updated the website. This was part of an integrated program that helped the brand achieve one of its highest growth periods.
