Family-owned, Tarpon Springs-based Quality T-Tops needed a website that was as well-crafted as their legendary T-tops and boat accessories. Initially hiring an out-of-state company, after a honeymoon phase, the client found the firm unresponsive and itself trapped in a contract that left them with an outdated presence on the internet for almost a year. Prior to the expiration of that contract, INDiVO was brought in, to redesign and ultimately host the company site, www.qualityttops.com. INDiVO redesigned the site to spotlight the client’s craftsmanship and scope of services. Focusing on a mobile-friendly photo and video gallery, visitors can now view the spectrum of the company’s work sortable by type of project or boat manufacturer. Also integrated into the website are the company’s social feeds, to help facilitate the community of customers sharing their experiences with each other and potential future customers. As a final upgrade, INDiVO built the site on a responsive WordPress platform, to allow a user-friendly environment for the client to update the content as they deem necessary, eliminating the risk that the information on the site will become outdated.
