IVAX Pharmaceuticals needed a cost-effective way to deliver much-needed information to pharmacists and encourage participation in the company’s online Clozapine patient registry. The interactive multimedia CD-ROM that INDiVO created was the perfect training tool. An interactive tutorial on registry use, with dynamic linking to the company’s website, was delivered with a premium branded mouse pad via a self-mailer. The interactive program provided links to technical support, tutorials on establishing a user account, and steps to updating patient information on the registry.
